Introduction
This Vehicle Parking Management System is an online
monitoring system that use to give optimum service to the users in the vehicle parks. In this
Vehicle Parking Management system, all the entered vehicles are categorized
according to the vehicle type. This parking system should be buy from one of the Admins & then the users in the different types of vehicle parks on any location can use this to track, monitor & manage details for vehicles parked in their vehicle park. Further more we are planning to give different types of reports to the users for decision support through this system.
Actors
Administrators
Administrators are the people who developed/maintain this vehicle parking system. When the users in the vehicle parks want to use this system, they have to request & buy the system. Once users are approved by the administrators, they allow the users to use the system.
Users
Users are the people who worked/maintain vehicle parking & the people who buy the system from administrators. Once they buy this system they can start manage customer's vehicles coming to their park. Before use the system, first they have to add the prices for the tickets for different types of vehicles. When a customer come to the user to park their vehicle, user have to enter vehicle number, customer's name, mobile number & vehicle category. Then a ticket will be generated by the system with the parking number & other details.
Business Process
For now this vehicle parking system must be buy through the administrators by the users in the vehicle parks. We are planning to provide different types of subscription plans when there are considerable users in the system.
